(SUR) is an active and progressive construction company e ngage d in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Project Management of General Contracting , Energy a nd Oil & Gas Facilities, Petrochemical, Industrial and related process plant. It is quality management policy to satisfy Clients as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. SUR is committed to maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. SUR is committed to provide Clients with the satisfaction in quality products and services in compliance with the contractual requirement within the time frame and budget.

SUR’S PHILOSOPHIES WITH REGARD TO QUALITY

It is the philosophy of SUR that quality is the result of the systematic implementation of all SUR business processes including that of her suppliers and sub-contractors according to the quality management system. Quality is achieved by understanding and satisfying the requireme nts of internal organization; statutes and regulatives; and of the Clients. Quality can be improved continually with commitment by all staff.

TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE, THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS COMMITTED TO:
